Philosophy

Mental health services are no longer just for people with mental illness. Mental health is a broad term that means thinking, feeling, and relating to others well. So, why isn't mental health as popular as driving a car? Our culture is very mentally unhealthy, and people often end up broken down on the side of the road before thinking about looking for help. At that point, the process is more painful, the cost is much higher, and accessibility much lower. I believe people would choose to invest more toward their mental health if they can select the level of participation they are comfortable with that won't drain their resources. That is why I take a practical, time-sensitive, financially feasible, and whole life approach to providing mental health services. I find the best individual plan using various services and professions.
